*All fees are due on or prior to the first day of term. 
*Fees will be calculated pro-rata for  students enrolling mid-term.
*A half-term's written notice is required to leave. Should this not be provided we reserve the right to invoice for half a term's fees.
*Medical conditions and allergies should be advised prior to enrolment.
*Students must wear suitable clothing and footwear.
*We endeavour to ensure that our fees are inclusive and no other costs will be incurred for sessions. Voluntary classes, workshops and trips may be offered throughout the term which may incur an additional charge.
*We will generally communicate by email, or in an emergency by telephone, so it is essential we have up to date contact details. Please also check the website regularly for BARTA updates.
*Auditions and Castings - We will endeavour to ensure teachers are available prior to 1pm and after 6pm on Saturdays during term time to advise individuals on upcoming children's auditions and castings. Please request in advance if this is required so we can organise teacher availability.  
*Students are not permitted to leave the teaching area unaccompanied during lesson times. 
*Please ensure you collect your children promptly after sessions. If your child is not being collected and you are happy for your child to go home independently please confirm this by email. 
*A number of our students perform professionally and we will assist parents with advice and information to achieve this goal. To maintain BARTA's high standards we require full payment of fees and children to attend training between performances.
*Enrolment with the academy and payment of fees represents acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
* The parent/guardian gives permission for BARTA to use images of the student in publicity materials. Should the parent/guardian wish the student to be excluded from publicity material, please confirm this in writing.
