How much experience do I need?
Experience in one or more of the disciplines is useful but not essential. A good attitude, determination and raw talent is what we look for when accepting students for the school.
How much does it cost?
We try to keep fees to a minimum without any compromise on quality. It works out to be about £7.50 per hour but believe price should not be a barrier for the right individual to train. Please see the FEES, T&Cs page or contact us should you have any questions on this.
Class sizes
In order to maintain the quality of training we will work with class sizes in the region of 20.

Do you run an Agency?
The answer is no, for the simple reason that we are committed to providing the best levels of training to our students. We believe spreading ourselves over too many areas will result in a reduction in the quality of the training that BARTA provides. We maintain contacts with the leading children's casting directors for the majority of West End and touring productions and make parents aware of upcoming productions we feel students may be suitable for. We also have contacts at a number of the leading childrens agencies for Theatre, Film, TV and Adverts and many of our children have agent representation. We regularly have agents visit BARTA to see how our children are progressing.
